In 2014, I bummed into Stephanie Obi’s Facebook page and I was quite intrigued by what she was doing that I signed up for her weekly e-newsletter.
Stephanie helps female entrepreneurs to create, launch and sell online courses. Her mails were (and still are) inspiring. But I couldn’t figure out how to fit myself into her services.
START YOUR ONLINE COURSE RETREAT 2017
In 2017, I decided to attend her “Start Your Online Course Retreat” which held at Whispering Palms in Badagry, Lagos. Alas! I left the retreat more clear about her services but more confusion about how to fit in! I couldn’t figure out what kind of online course a “newbie” like me in the Tourism space could offer. Though I took one thing away from that retreat: “There is always a way out” said Stephanie. So I held on to that.
STEPHANIE’S OTHER COURSES
That same year, I signed up for her “Find Your Voice” course, which was one of my best investments. It was one of the programs that helped me “find my voice” in the Tourism space, build my website and grow my presence on social media as a Tourism Development Advocate.
I went on to purchase other products from her such as the “Online Business Incubator” which had loads of mini e-courses. This monthly subscription platform helped me build my business online.
The “Course Launch Summit” gave me an insight into how online courses work. I also used it as a guide when building my first Tourism Virtual Summit.
Her Amazon Bestseller book, “Knowledge is the New Gold” showed me the steps to take to monetize my knowledge through the creation of profitable online courses.
All these products have been very helpful in my entrepreneurship journey.
THE SIGNATURE COURSE: COURSE. LAUNCHED.DELIVERED
This year, I was finally ready to create my online course and signed up for her signature course, “Course. Launched. Delivered”. This course is a hands-on, intensive and educative program. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a step-by-step process to start and build their online course in any niche.
September 27th, I officially launched my online academy, NENE-UWA TOURISM ACADEMY and our 1st Tourism e-course, THE TOURISM BUSINESS COURSE!!! A dream come true *smiles*
TRAINQUARTERS LAUNCH PARTY
On September 19th, Stephanie hosted a launch party to unveiling her latest project, a one-stop online course platform, TrainQuaters which I attended.

It helps you create an online platform to host your e-courses even if you are not techy. The goal of the platform is to make it easy for Africans to create and sell online courses and receive their payments globally with ease.
